How much does a wedding cost?

What does all-inclusive cover?
Ceremony and reception in our indoor and outdoor lakeside spaces, in-house catering, setup coordination, and a free indoor rain Plan B — with one event at a time and the owner coordinating your day.
How many guests can you hold?
Up to 350, indoors and outdoors.
Where are you located?
26 Commerce Plaza Circle, Pembroke, NC — a lakeside estate an easy drive from Fayetteville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, and Florence.
What if it rains?
Every outdoor wedding includes a free indoor backup space. A storm never ruins the day.
Do we need our own caterer?
No. Our kitchen handles it all, and outside caterers aren’t needed.
Will another wedding share our day?
No. We host one event at a time — the whole estate is yours.
Who coordinates our wedding day?
Mr. Mariani, the owner, personally.
Can everything happen in one place?
Yes — ceremony, dinner, reception, and after-party, all at the venue.

Is there a getting-ready space?
Yes — separate suites for the ladies and the guys.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes — full bar with beer, wine, and mixed drinks. You can run a limited open bar (you set the spending cap), which becomes a cash bar once the cap is reached.
How long do we get the venue?
All day. Come as early as you like on Saturdays, with no end time in the contract — the party goes as long as you’re having fun.
Can we decorate and rehearse the day before?
Usually yes, at no charge — it depends on whether there’s an event the day before, which we know about two months out.
Can we bring our own appetizers?
Yes, and we recommend it — guests snack inside while you’re taking pictures, so no one waits hungry.
What’s the deposit?
$1,000 with the signed contract.
When is payment due?
50% four months before the wedding, the balance one month before. How you pay until then is up to you.
Is there a cleanup charge or deposit?
No. We only ask you to do a quick visual cleanup at the end of the night — we handle all the heavy cleaning and mopping the next day.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No — outside alcoholic beverages aren’t allowed. We hold an ABC license, and outside alcohol could cost us the license plus a heavy fine.
Can we have our cocktail hour outside?
Yes — totally up to you. Cocktail hour can be outside or inside.
How does the bartender get paid?
From tips. She puts tip jars on the bar and the DJ asks guests to tip her. We like her to make at least $200 for the night — at the end of the night the couple checks in, and if she’s short (say she made $150), they cover the $50 difference. 90% of the time she makes $400–500 anyway.
